These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paper Poker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Paper Poker is a free-to-play Texas Hold'em game against computer-controlled opponents and, in private rooms, other players. It is a game of entertainment and skill practice - it is not a real-money gambling service.
"Coins" and any other in-game currency or item are virtual, exist only within the Service, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other thing of value, and cannot be transferred outside the Service. Nothing in the Service constitutes real-money wagering.
You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; use automated tools (bots, scripts) to play on your behalf; upload or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, including through display names or in-room chat; or attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
Anything you type into the Service (display names, chat, room settings) should be appropriate for a general audience. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Poker and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason, including discontinuing the Service entirely.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
